Tasks

To assist in the end-to-end process of billing all Property Management revenue, across multiple revenue streams. -Project setup and maintenance on Peoplesoft -Assist PM & FM Finance Business Partners & Assistant Business Partners as required -Invoice Uploads to P2P system for automatic payment -Invoice raising through K2 & Peoplesoft Platforms – across all revenue streams, ensuring SOX compliance: -Manage queries to resolution through investigation, reconciliation, and escalation. -Proactive resolution of rejected/cancelled/queried items on P2P and those in the Registered/error status. -Respond to all SOX/Audit requests and queries -Management of Central Inbox
