Guide onsite HR professionals through a dotted-line reporting structure.
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on variety of HR topics, practices and processes.
Supports with compensation and benefit benchmarking; ensuring the company can attract and retain top talent.
Provide support and guidance to on-site HR staff and managers when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise.
Create learning and development programs and initiatives to provide internal development opportunities for associates.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) within HRIS system to support hiring teams.
Conduct regular site visits and check-ins with managers to maintain visibility and engagement, providing both tactical and strategic support.
Lead and support companywide HR projects and change management initiatives.

6+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multi-site manufacturing or operations environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a big plus!

Travels up to 35% of the time, to meet needs of business
Highly proficient with Microsoft 365 Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Forms, SharePoint, Copilot).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
Comfortable administering and executing routine HR tasks such as leave of absence, investigations, and terminations.
