Overview

Assist with project coordination, data analysis, and PMO support for AI-driven security solutions

Tasks

-Support process improvement initiatives within the PMO and contribute to standardization of templates, reports, and best practices. -Monitor project budgets and resource allocations; support in variance tracking and reporting. -Serve as a point of contact for project-related inquiries from stakeholders. -Assist with data analysis to support decision-making and ensure project performance metrics are met. -Assist project/program managers in the coordination and execution of projects across multiple business units. -Track project schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Planview, etc.). -Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, ensuring action items and follow-ups are documented and completed. -Prepare and maintain project documentation including meeting notes, status reports, dashboards, and presentations.

What You Bring

-0–5 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or related role (internships or co-op experience welcome). -Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to identify trends or issues. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams. -Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities. -Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic familiarity with project management software. -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
