  • Responsible for collecting and updating cycle times during Trial and Pre-series phases, supporting process optimization and cost efficiency through the accurate definition and maintenance of standard times and workflows
  • Coordinate with Procurement Team to ensure timely availability of components for prototypes and production ramp-up
  • Oversee the transition from prototype to mass production, by conducting trial production run, addressing production issues, and ensuring full-scale production processes are stable and efficient
  • Prepare and update production documentation, including Work Instructions, Visual Aids, and Manufacturing & Control Plans
  • Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, and product specifications.
  • Support and coordinate product development activities, working closely with R&D, Engineering, Production, Planning & Logistics, and Quality to ensure a smooth transition from product concept to full-scale production
  • Manage activities related to the introduction and implementation of Engineering Changes (ECs)

  • ACCESS CONTROL (Magnetic) - systems with innovative solutions for access control, for both barriers and pedestrian passages
  • PARKING TECHNOLOGY (Hub) - with intelligent and scalable solutions to control paid car parks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mind-set.
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate in a cross-functional environment
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and coordinate cross-functional efforts
  • ACCESS AUTOMATION (FAAC Simply Automatic) - automation for gates and barriers, entrances and automatic doors, motors for rolling shutters and screens, car parks
  • Proficient in MS Office and CAD software
  • Experience with SAP is highly preferred
  • Knowledge and experience in electronics manufacturing processes, acquired through education or practical experience
  • Good knowledge of time and methods analysis
