Tasks

-Bring leadership, mentorship, and experience to a growing team -Technical design oversight, supervising contractors and carrying out on-site inspections -Determine and define each project's scope of work and deliverables -Nurture strong client relationships and uphold ORS service delivery excellence -Apply problem-solving to resolve design challenges -Carry out inspections aligned with Building Regulations and control systems -Prepare tenders and proposals with commercial and technical guidance

What You Bring

-Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Building Surveying -Confident in reading drawings and managing construction documentation -Leadership or commercial responsibility experience -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills -Engineers Ireland CPD Accreditation since 20217 -Silver Accreditation through Investors in Diversity 2025 -Solid construction/consultancy experience -Strong technical knowledge: Building Regulations, detailing & project management -Chartered or Registered status (or working toward it) -Strong capability in contractor oversight and tender processes
