Overview
Admin support for construction projects, handling docs, communication, and finance
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Ensure all health and safety documentation is properly filed and up to date. -Track budgets, expenses, and variations as directed by the project manager or Quantity Surveyor. -Assist in preparing progress reports and compliance documentation for management and clients. -Schedule and organize project meetings, distribute agendas, and circulate minutes. -Assist with onboarding and processing subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. -Provide clerical support including correspondence, scheduling, and calendar management for project managers and site teams. -Prepare, manage, and track project-related documents such as contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes. -Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) for project documentation. -Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, architects, and consultants. -Support the preparation of purchase orders, invoices, and payment applications.

What You Bring
-Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and documentation standards is an advantage. -Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks. -Experience in construction administration, project coordination, or a similar role. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Proficiency in MS Office Suite Data Management and project management software (e.g., COINS, Viewpoint or simialr Document Hosting.
