Tasks

-Provide reports on output and with relevant information for reporting up the line. -Set high standards, by encouraging others to embed a HSQE culture. -Approval of Risk Assessments / Operational Procedures. -Managing day to day labs. -Provide support in the delivery of other related Health and Safety projects. -Ensuring Risk Assessment / Operational Procedures are in line with Safety Management System. -Visiting various labs and sites as required, weekly. -Providing ongoing Health and Safety support.

What You Bring

Ayrton Group are seeking a Technical Safety Specialist to join our client, a large utilities organisation, on an ongoing project. This role will be based out of a lab facility in the Limerick region 1/2 days per week, but will require weekly travel to other locations in the region for site/lab visits and meetings. -Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in a similar position. -You must be legally permitted to live and work in Ireland. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Previous experience in lab environments would be beneficial. -Minimum Diploma in Safety, Health, and Welfare at Work or equivalent. -Full driver's license and vehicle. -Previous experience in report writing and collation of information for KPI’s, safety metrics, presentations etc. required. -Documentation Management, including version control, change management and controlled distribution. -Strong ability to prioritise tasks, work with schedules, and manage resources while remaining focused on main goals.
