The Role

Overview

Perform repairs, maintain building systems, and handle service requests for multifamily apartments.

Tasks

-Oversee inventory, supplies, and equipment care -Maintain all building systems, amenities, and grounds -Complete apartment repairs and prepare units for move-in -Respond promptly to service requests and after-hours calls -Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards

What You Bring

-Strong skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance -Previous maintenance experience (multifamily preferred) -CPO Certification – Required -High school diploma or GED -HVAC experience with EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) – Required -Reliable transportation, basic tools, and ability to work on-call as needed
