Associate Director - Project Controls

Tasks

-Facilitate cross-functional reporting alignment to produce consolidated programme updates. -Promote safety, quality, and sustainability standards, including net zero carbon initiatives. -Prepare and validate milestone letters in collaboration with contracts and legal teams. -Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing. -Administer onboarding/offboarding processes and internal requisition documentation. -Develop and quality-check presentations for leadership and stakeholder forums. -Align programme activities with wider business strategy and promote strategic initiatives. -Maintain key program artefacts including PEP, PMP, milestone trackers, and governance documentation. -Oversee sub-programme delivery and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. -Coordinate and support meetings (SLT, EXPRO, risk, quality), including agendas, minutes, and action tracking. -Manage programme documentation and knowledge transfer, including final transition materials. -Serve as the primary PMO interface across planning, reporting, quality, resourcing, and performance management functions. -Support programme director’s office with briefing notes, reporting, and stakeholder tools. -Chair weekly resource coordination meetings to ensure real-time visibility of deployment. -Lead staffing plans and resourcing dashboards in partnership with HR and project leadership.

What You Bring

-Expert in PMO governance and reporting standards, including PEP/PMP, EXPRO, and enterprise-level frameworks. -Advanced proficiency in MS Office and PMIS tools, with strong documentation and facilitation capabilities. -Bachelor’s degree in project or construction management (Master’s preferred), with strong academic grounding. -Skilled in strategic and operational stakeholder engagement, with awareness of visa and compliance requirements in KSA. -Extensive experience in complex program delivery, especially within consultancy or government-led environments.
