Tasks

You will take commercial ownership across a portfolio of new-build, high-rise schemes, leading on pre-construction, cost planning, procurement and supporting delivery through to completion. This is an opportunity to move beyond the traditional QS remit and become part of the wider development process. -Provide commercial input across multiple schemes and help guide junior team members -Support design development and value engineering to optimise project viability -Oversee project budgets, reporting, and change management throughout delivery -Lead commercial strategy and cost planning during early project stages -Collaborate closely with internal development, design, and delivery teams -Manage procurement and appointment of main contractors

What You Bring

Are you a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor who thrives on shaping projects from the ground up? Have you worked on high-rise PBSA or hotel schemes - or better yet, both? Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK. -Excellent commercial awareness, communication, and stakeholder management skills -Proven experience as a QS within the PBSA or hotel sector (experience with both is ideal) -Experience working on the client side or within a developer environment preferred -Strong pre-construction and cost planning background, with exposure to delivery -Solid understanding of high-rise new build developments
