Overview

Perform complex aerospace assembly tasks for aircraft structures and systems

Tasks

-Install a wide range of parts and assemblies, including landing gear, aircraft control surfaces, exterior panels, carpets, insulation blankets, roller trays/ball mats, stowbins, sidewalls, ceiling panels, lavatories, galleys, doors, and seating systems. -Utilize hand tools and diagnostic instruments, including screwdrivers, ratchets, powered screwdrivers, multimeters, and continuity testers. -Install components of various aircraft systems, such as tubing, valves, regulators, actuators, compressors, and ducting.

What You Bring

-7 or more years experience using software applications for internet navigation, email, Microsoft Suite and/or other specialized computer applications. -Background Check & DOT Drug Screen: This step involves conducting a comprehensive background check, which includes reviewing criminal history, and other relevant records. Additionally, a Department of Transportation (DOT) drug screening will be carried out to ensure compliance with federal regulations for safety-sensitive positions -7 or more years experience in a technical or mechanical field performing work with basic hand, power and/or pneumatic (air) tools. -7 or more years experience with hydraulic and pneumatic system design. -7 years or more experience in aviation/aerospace -7 or more years experience utilizing and following detailed work instructions, reading, and interpreting blueprints, drawings, or specifications, in English.
