The Role
Overview
Provide Tier I/II helpdesk support and assist OS component design for multiple platforms.

Tasks
-Assist in the design and implementation of operating system components, ensuring performance, reliability, and security. -Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in user support and systems administration. -Provide Tier I and Tier II technical support for end users, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues. -Support and maintain systems across multiple platforms and hardware architectures. -Document support procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and compliance. -Gather and analyze technical data to identify trends, diagnose problems, and propose and implement effective solutions. -Maintain and troubleshoot a variety of end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. -Work closely with project leads and engineering teams to support system integration and deployment efforts.

What You Bring
-Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. -At least 2 years of in-depth experience. -Understand and apply knowledge of file systems, memory and CPU management, compression algorithms, and device drivers. -Experience supporting a wide range of IT assets and end-user platforms. -Must have active TS/SCI -IAT Level I Certification -Industry standard technical certifications. -Familiarity with file systems, memory/CPU management, and hardware components. -Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. -Experience working in federal or defense environments.
