  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto-insurance
  • 2+ years of property management experience in the multifamily residential industry
  • At least 2 years of property management experience in the multifamily residential industry
  • Yardi experience and Microsoft 11 proficient
  • Yardi knowledge and proficient in Microsoft 11
