Tasks

-Support the Project Manager in delivering full mechanical packages on major commercial projects across Central London. -Work closely with other engineers across mechanical and electrical disciplines to ensure seamless project delivery. -Oversee installation quality, commissioning, and project handover. -Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure technical and programme requirements are met. -Take ownership of mechanical coordination, design reviews, procurement, and on-site delivery.

What You Bring

-Ability to interpret technical drawings and manage coordination between disciplines. -Background in commercial fit-out or new-build commercial projects (ideally £5m+ in M&E value). -Proven experience working as a Mechanical Project Engineer within a Building Services contractor environment. -Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. -Strong understanding of HVAC, plant rooms, chilled water, and heating/ventilation systems.
