Overview

Manage end-to-end UKG time and attendance implementations for APAC clients.

Tasks

-Develop comprehensive user guides and training materials to ensure high user adoption and self-sufficiency for client’s post-implementation. -Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing all project-related communications, providing regular updates on progress, and addressing any potential issues. Works with internal stakeholders to assess and identify areas of improvement within their tower process and product landscape -Has a solid technical understanding of the UKG product, maintains and coordinates on Internal Platform documentation and business SOP documents as required. -Develop and execute regional deployment strategies that align with client expectations and company objectives for large-scale time and attendance rollouts. -Proactively identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on schedule and within budget. -Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, data migration, and post-go-live support. Responsible for maintaining, developing, and constructing processes, enhancements and new features related to Time and Attendance for the People organization within CBRE.

What You Bring

-Experience with functionality design requirements and implementation best practices. -Experience guiding initiatives and stakeholders th r ough change and process improvement. -Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in managing large-scale software or product deployments, specifically in time and attendance or workforce management. -Experience and qualifications in Process Mapping, Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma and Solution Design principles preferred.
