Overview

Serve as the primary liaison for office employees, handling issues, amenities, events, and feedback.

Tasks

-Drive Client specific initiatives such technology roll-outs, benchmarking, best practices etc. -Single Point of Contact of employees working from office for issues resolution & workspace change within the premises -Ensure operations are aligned to financial processes and controls are adhered to at all times to achieve good financial management. -Consolidate feedback to management team regularly for ongoing improvement implementation -Shares observations regarding any misalignment to defined guidelines for using office amenities for (incl. data from housekeeping and engineering teams) -Respond and close all service tickets and feedbacks within defined SLA -Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation, performance excellence and personal success -Have periodic connects with all point of contact of different business to understand their perspective of service -Report any concerns or patterns in employee feedback periodically to assistant workspace experience manager -Plan and execute employee engagement events in line with client expectations -Establish direct relationship with the employees working from the office
