-Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to identify and qualify prospective customers such as property managers, facility directors, building owners, engineers, franchisees, and procurement -Research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations -Research commercial properties and develop a strong understanding of client needs for services such as window cleaning, pressure washing, and façade maintenance -Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress daily in the CRM -Follow up on inbound leads, budgets, scheduling, and nurture early-stage prospects -Set high-quality appointments and meetings for Business Development Managers
