Tasks
-Uphold confidentiality and represent QES with professionalism at all times. -Help organize company events, meetings, and job fairs. -Provide administrative support to HR, Sales, and Operations teams as required. -Manage inbound calls and emails, routing inquiries to the appropriate departments efficiently. -Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and ensure a welcoming office environment. -Maintain records of contracts, correspondence, and account status updates in company systems. -Support daily office operations, including document management, scheduling, and supply coordination. -Assist with customer requests, account follow-ups, and communication with energy providers as needed.

This role requires a dependable individual with strong communication skills, a polished demeanor, and 5–7 years of administrative or customer service experience in a professional office setting. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional verbal and written etiquette required. -5–7 years of administrative, customer service, or office support experience (energy or sales industry preferred). -Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. -Demonstrated reliability, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and basic CRM or database systems.
