Drive the full offer lifecycle—from concept and feasibility through development, pilot, launch, and scaling—ensuring offerings delivers measurable value and outcomes.
Define, design, and manage integrated energy offerings that bundle grid edge hardware (e.g., solar, battery storage, and gateways) and software (e.g., energy management, monitoring, and DERMs features) into cohesive, productized solutions.
Lead business case development for new offerings, balancing technology cost structures, revenue models, market incentives, and internal P&Ls.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
6+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or offer development within the energy management, or software technology sectors.
Strong analytical and financial acumen, with ability to build and defend business cases and investment proposals.
Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, translating technical complexity into compelling customer and executive narratives.
Excellent cross-functional leadership skills, capable of influencing without direct authority across engineering, finance, EPC, and business functions.
Experience in AI-driven control systems or advanced analytics applications (e.g., predictive maintenance, load optimization, or federated learning).
MBA or relevant master’s preferred.
