Communicate with team members to ensure materials are properly accounted for and recorded.
Conduct simple on-site inventory checks to confirm materials are stored and labeled correctly.
Support compliance documentation and assist with periodic audits or inspections.
Help reduce waste by coordinating the reuse of materials between different shops or departments.
Track materials using a computer-based inventory system (Hazardous Material Management System — HMMS).
Enter and update data, run reports, and maintain organized records.

Experience: Prior experience in data entry, warehouse, logistics, inventory control, quality assurance, or administrative support is preferred.
This position requires the ability to successfully pass an FBI background check
Must be able to pass a federal background check.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Comfortable using Excel and other basic computer programs.
Reliable and punctual, with good communication and teamwork skills.
Willing to learn and follow established procedures.
