Provides input as appropriate to enable division management to establish realistic goals for national accounts; accomplished through monitoring national account business, product trends and competitive conditions.
Ensure that regional sales personnel adhere to negotiated national agreements.
Works with channel partner corporate teams to ensure all relevant new products are promoted proactively within their respective organizations. This will include sales and marketing promotions where appropriate.
Maintains corporate relationships with key national partners in the electrical channel.
Develops and implements sales and marketing strategies to increase sales to meet division and corporate goals of growth and profitability.
Collaborates with Eaton North American Sales (NAS) national and regional channel leadership to ensure alignment with broader Eaton strategy.
Works closely with regional sales leaders and agents to ensure that a viable working relationship is maintained and sales meet target expectations.
Obtain feedback from regional sales leaders through monthly reviews and initiate proactive and/or corrective action plans as necessary to assure the attainment of sales objectives.
Leads national and regional planning sessions to identify and execute growth strategies.
Analyzes monthly sales trends from channel partner sales and inventory reports and communicates results to GEIS division leadership.
