Tasks
-Enhance your Continuous Improvement skills and confidence through Lean Six Sigma training while taking ownership of implementing continuous improvement initiatives. -Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across various functions and locations within the Aero Gas Turbine (AGT) business to meet the delivery of internal and external partners. -Challenge conventional thinking, question the status quo, and drive innovation within the business. -Engage as an active member of a team comprising Entry Level Talent (Apprentices, Interns, Graduates) to contribute to broader business projects through our culture hub, providing valuable teamwork experiences and opportunities to refine your presentation skills.
