Tasks

-Manage projects to ensure administrative compliance with deal terms and establish, implement, and monitor operational reporting metrics. -Prioritize and complete a multitude of complex projects on short timelines. -Analyze and develop detailed financial models to support structuring, valuation, and risk analysis on projects and companies. -Conduct industry and company research, including risk analysis. -Support special projects, Lean initiatives, new business development opportunities, and the operations of GE Vernova Investment Advisers, an SEC-registered investment adviser. -Manage routine activities of portfolio assets, including operating reviews, quarterly reporting, and valuations. -Assist in preparing pitches, memos, and other documentation for internal approval processes and internal reports.

What You Bring

-Ability to generate data-driven outputs and recommendations with minimal supervision -Understanding of three-statement financial modeling and strong proficiency in Excel -Must comply with pre-employment screening, including drug testing, reference verification, and background check -Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other quantitative academic background, from an accredited college or university -Demonstrated experience with Energy Project Development and markets -GPA of 3.5 or above (out of a 4.0 scale) -Familiarity with the principles of project finance and tax equity investments. Skilled communicator who is able to exchange ideas and information effectively in a concise and logical way. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills -Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
