  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure design-for-manufacturability (DFM) principles are applied.
  • Support tooling, fixtures, and application setup required for harness assembly and validation.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, wiring schematics, and assembly documentation to support harness build and troubleshooting.
  • Assist with documentation preparation, including work instructions, bill of materials (BOM), and assembly guides.
  • Perform hands-on assembly, crimping, soldering, and termination for prototype and production harnesses.
  • Provide technical support for process improvements, new product introductions, and customer-specific applications.
  • Assist in the development, prototyping, and testing of wire harness assemblies in alignment with customer specifications and industry standards.
  • Reduced assembly errors and rework through clear documentation and application support.
  • Identify and troubleshoot process issues or design concerns, providing feedback to engineering.
  • Accurate and timely support of prototype and production harness builds.
