Tasks
-Deliver and reinforce field-based training including onboarding, upskilling, technical competencies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety, and service standards through in-person and virtual sessions. Manage logistics and planning for training events, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and coordination with local leaders. -Oversee course administration in the LMS platform (i.e., Workday), including offerings, attendance, grading, and assessments. Maintain data accuracy, ensure compliance, and provide enterprise learning metrics to leadership for visibility and continuous improvement. -Partner with market/regional leadership and subject matter experts (SMEs) to facilitate train-the-trainer sessions and certify internal facilitators. Mentor frontline leaders and facilitators to strengthen coaching capabilities and ensure consistent program delivery across markets. -Conduct ride-alongs and onsite coaching with field personnel and front to midline leaders to reinforce skills, strengthen leadership application, and provide actionable feedback. Monitor effectiveness by collecting feedback, tracking adoption, and supporting leaders in sustaining performance improvements. -Curate and adapt learning content in collaboration with the design team. Write and maintain program narratives including participant guides, facilitator guides, companion tools, and reinforcement materials. Develop market visit agendas, coordinate on-site meetings, and prepare executive-level recaps highlighting outcomes, risks, and recommendations.

What You Bring
-Exposure to instructional tools or methodologies (e.g., adult learning principles, facilitation techniques, or microlearning best practices) -EPA Section 608 Certification (for those supporting HVAC-related training) -Skilled facilitator and presenter with the ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with field teams, frontline leaders, and SMEs. -Highly proficient with technology, including Workday Learning or similar LMS platforms; capable of managing course setup, attendance, grading, and tracking assessments. -Well-organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage training logistics, guest speakers, and co-facilitation strategies across multiple markets. -Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to work cross-functionally with instructional design, field leadership, and training peers. -Adaptable and self-directed, capable of shifting priorities and maintaining focus in fast-paced, operational environments. -Minimum of 3-5 years in field operations (field services, maintenance, property services, construction and new development); experience in single-family or multi-family rental operations a strong plus. -Certified Pool Operator (CPO), if supporting communities with pool amenities -Exceptional communication skills—verbal, written, and visual—with the ability to tailor messaging across diverse audiences. -Effective real-time coach with a hands-on, walk-along approach to reinforcing skills and performance expectations in active environments. -Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite, mobile applications, and digital training tools used in the field. -Data- and outcomes-driven, able to track participation, gather feedback, and identify learning impact to support continuous improvement. -Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required. -Associate degree or trade certification preferred. -Experience with Workday Learning or similar LMS platforms -OSHA 10 or 30-Hour Certification (General Industry or Construction) -High school diploma or GED required. -Minimum 3-5 years of recent experience facilitating practical or role-based programs or coaching in field-based or technical environments. -Trade licenses or technical certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing, maintenance tech) -National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Certification or prior experience with NCCER-aligned programs -Strong field operations knowledge in field services, maintenance, resident services, and construction and new development support; able to translate SOPs into practical, real-world training.
