Tasks

-Build strong relationships and become the go-to resource for your clients. -Meet or exceed targets tied to account expansion and customer retention. -Use Salesforce and other tools to track engagement, forecast growth, and prioritize opportunities. -Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities aligned with customer goals and business outcomes. -Conduct regular account reviews to identify new needs and position Metronet solutions. -Manage a portfolio of existing business customers, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth. -Share customer insights to help shape product strategy and service enhancements. -Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. -Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office. -Proven success in growing existing accounts and driving customer loyalty. -Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered. -Valid driver’s license; travel may be required based on territory. -2–3 years of B2B account management or sales experience, ideally in telecom or tech. -Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. -Willingness to work as a team and independently.
