Tasks

-Manage project schedules, risks, contracts, and budgets, maintaining transparency through strong reporting and governance. -Develop and maintain performance dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports to track project and regional portfolio health. -Establish and manage PMO standards — templates, processes, and tools that drive consistency across all projects. -Support resource planning, prioritization, and portfolio tracking to optimize team utilization and project outcomes. -Serve as the key customer interface, presenting progress, managing expectations, and ensuring overall satisfaction. -Champion compliance with internal quality, documentation, and delivery standards. -Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of grid software and services projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. -Facilitate project review and governance meetings, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of key risks and issues.

What You Bring

-Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. -Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical engineering. -Strong knowledge of PMO principles, governance, and portfolio management. -Proven ability to manage customer-facing projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders. -Experience with the delivery of grid-based software/IT and connectivity solutions. -Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent). -Experience establishing or refining a Project Management Office (PMO). -5 years of relevant experience in electrical network and SCADA, EMS & DMS. -Proficiency in project analytics, reporting tools, and continuous improvement frameworks. -Deep understanding of the GCC energy and digital grid software market. -Comfortable leading teams across diverse cultures and virtual environments. -Arabic and English Language proficiency.
