The Role

Overview

Lead a crew of three, drive a shovel truck on set routes and log services.

Tasks

-Maintain communication with the office regarding any changes in the route or issues that arise. -Ensure the shovel truck is properly maintained and report any maintenance needs or mechanical issues. -Log all services performed, including areas serviced, times, and any issues encountered. -Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure the team follows safety guidelines. -Supervise and manage a team of three men, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. -Perform limited shoveling tasks as needed. -Drive a shovel truck along a pre-programmed route to provide services.

What You Bring

-Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. -Excellent communication skills. -Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. -Strong leadership and organizational skills. -Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a similar field. -Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and operation. -Ability to perform physical tasks, including shoveling, when necessary. -Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor as needed. -Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively. -Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
