Tasks

-Works as a leading functional practitioner in a consulting area. Adds technical value and approves assignment tasks carried out by others. -Takes a lead role to propose consulting services to meet the customer's needs. Leads or supports the development of a special technology or area of best practice. -"Coaches and develops consultants to deliver assignments. -Negotiates contracts to win consulting assignments of 250 to 500 hours. Builds network - internally and externally - for exchange of information. -Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. -Supports cost reduction by process optimization and reduces poor quality issues by standardization. -Supports in conducting risk and opportunity assessments during commissioning phase and in handling technical risks by following mitigation guidelines. -Contributes to achieve agreed business financial targets for a technology, business area or consulting team. -Ensures delivery of assignments as per the agreed contract. -Supports in the development of new tools and processes for consulting effectiveness. Ensures usage of standard process and tools. -Actively looks for opportunities to recognize efforts by team members for team success. Continuously seeks feedback with team to improve. -Forms and leads teams to deliver assignments with a focus on operational execution. -Identifies potential Hazards and reports to Site management. -Ensures quality timely implementation within targeted cost. -Creates work plans and cost estimates in one’s area of responsibility. -Provides support and technical advice to colleagues. Actively participates in technical conferences and promotes technical solutions. -Works with contract management activities (invoicing and work in progress, etc.) in one’s area of work. -Makes contacts to understand customers need and proposes system solutions. Provides technical support and guidance to sales team for offer preparation.
