Overview

Oversees crews, manages restoration projects, estimates costs, schedules, and vendor coordination.

Tasks

-Ensure that jobs are completed on schedule and on budget. -Determine material, subcontractor, and labor requirements. -Inspect worksites. -Ensure timely and effective communication with the Property Manager, Maintenance Supervisor and the PM concerning all aspects of the project. -Review invoices and timesheets to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract terms. -Coordinate and direct all on-site activities of CAMP employees, sub-contractors, craftsmen, tradesmen, and vendors to ensure that the CAMP’s goals and standards are met:
