Tasks

-Learn a New Trade: Develop skills in a brand new emerging trade -Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff -Problem-solve repairs with creativity -Track work progress and notes in our CRM/Dispatch tool -Communicate with support team with questions -Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit

What You Bring

-Experience working in facilities maintenance can be a big plus, but is not required -Be a Problem Solver -Ability to manage your own schedule -Attention to detail -Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby -Working for a variety of customers in different industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, etc. -Customer service experience -Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours. -Enjoy working with a team -Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process -Excellent work ethic -An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do. An art background is helpful, but not necessary. -Work Smart
