Tasks
This position is responsible for managing assigned accounts and developing new business within our Industrial/Commercial Division. This role is the primary contact for national end user accounts. This individual will manage daily account activities and be responsible for the execution of sales plans -Maintain customer’s item data systems. -Build professional relationships within LEDVANCE and at assigned accounts. -Achieve assigned budget targets for assigned accounts. -Create sales plans to attain assigned annual targets. -Develop and manage sales dollar and unit forecasts. -Work with Supply Chain in maintaining sufficient inventory replenishment levels. -Prepare sales presentations, including sales and line reviews. -Monitor the marketplace and surface observations. -Attend trade shows, sales meetings, and other LEDVANCE and account events as needed. -Be the voice of the customer and resource for LEDVANCE associates for all assigned accounts. -Anticipate and address issues as they arise and resolve in a professional manner.

What You Bring
Preferred applicant can be in Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Kansas City, Los Angeles, or Salt Lake City, and must be near major airport. -Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills. -Experience in analyzing data and supporting marketing strategies including product and planogram development. -Financial acumen as it relates to pricing and budget development. -Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities. -Travel, up to 50%. -Ability to influence others with no direct reporting relationship. -Computer Skills: Outlook, Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce -Experience selling to distributors. -5+ years retail sales account management. -5+ years’ of relevant experience in the Industrial/Commercial Channel. -Effective presentation and written communication skills. -3+ years experience with trade accounts (electrical distributors, etc.) Experience in electrical or lighting product categories. -1+ years’ sales or marketing experience with trade accounts (electrical distributors, etc.) -Self-motivated, ability to work with little or no supervision. -Minimum of 3 years of experience working with distributors. -Bachelor’s Degree. -3+ years’ Account Management. -Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
