Lead technology pilots, manage adoption, and coordinate cross‑functional digital initiatives.

Tasks

-Track and report on measurable outcomes, including cost savings, productivity gains, business risk changes and user feedback -Focuses on risk and issues facing clients and team members; identifies and develops opportunities for and with the client and communicates these effectively. -Integrate pilot learnings with computational development (make), BIM & Digital Delivery, and change management -Collaborates across regions, groups, and disciplines to enable integrated working across the practice. Attends cross-region meetings and forums and shares information with regions, groups, and disciplines in a timely manner. -Cultivates a culture of openness by communicating direction and vision. Conducts regular meetings to share ideas and information, and encourages contributions from all colleagues and team members. -Bring your knowledge and expertise to one of the world's most respected consultancies. -Coordinate with egal, procurement and IT onboarding for new digital solutions, ensuring compliance, security and risk assessment. -Own the transition from successful pilot to project-wide or discipline-wide adoption, including documentation, handover to operational teams, and lessons-learned capture -Lead cross-function pilot selection, managing intake process (Tech Funnel), scoping, coordination and reporting. -Steward the “Pilot-to-Production” pathway, collaborating with process owners for upskilling, integration and communication -Leads engagement with technology vendors, startups, and partners for pilot opportunities, ensuring alignment with BH business/discipline needs. -Oversee pilot project schedules, budgets, and resource plans in partnership with sponsors and disciplines. -Accountable for defining, maintaining and communicating the pilots programme, including business case development, pilot criteria, and evaluation framework -Stays up-to-date with new technology, industry research, and ideas, and seeks opportunities to apply this knowledge to enhance the reputation of Buro Happold; produces papers and articles to generate and develop current thinking. -Develop project-aligned KPIs for pilot solutions and ensure outcome-driven assessment of each market technology trial. -Drive transparency and consistency via Magellan and other reporting platforms -Develops and maintains networks and relationships both internally and externally. Utilises a wide range of contacts and connects colleagues with internal and external contacts. -Creates an environment for learning and creativity by leading expert communities and sharing information with participants.
