Tasks

-Interface with vendor support and lead problem resolution where the issue is product related -Serve as an escalation point for the team to help troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues with IIQ using best practice methodologies -Occasional overnight travel may be required. -Maintain the application GIT repository

What You Bring

-Understanding of underlying IIQ framework (Database, Servers, Tomcat, API, etc.) -Strong ITIL understanding (ServiceNow is a plus) -Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment. -Read/Write and understand BeanShell -Must have excellent written and oral communication skills -Ability to work with limited supervision and to supervise others for limited engagements -Comfortable with a high operational tempo -Read/Write and understand XML -Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience -Operates well in an environment with regularly changing priorities -Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
