-Manage national client relationships. -Manage a team effectively for performance and cohesion -Ensure capability development and mobilization of the Pavements capability nationally. -Produce tender/proposal documents of an excellent standard and in a timely manner -Provide operational, technical and business development direction for the Pavements capability to support SMEC’s vision and values. -Build trusting and productive client relationships -Manage multi-disciplinary projects successfully, to budget and client specifications
