Tasks
-Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. -Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients. -Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions. -Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variances. -Work within broad guidelines and policies. -Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements. -Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. -Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification. -Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams. -Direct the project delivery team by providing guidance and direction to achieve goals. -Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement. -Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.

What You Bring
-Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset. -Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks. -In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. -Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. -Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions. -Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. -Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
