Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale data-center construction projects.

Tasks

-Champion safety and quality; closeout, punch, warranty handoff. -Lead overall schedule, cost forecasting, change management, and cash flow. -Manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, procurement of long-lead MEP/equipment. -Coordinate CSA/MEP trades, commissioning, integration, and phased turnover. -Maintain client/commercial management and executive reporting cadence. -Drive preconstruction: scope, budgets/GMPs, buyout strategy, risk and value analysis.

What You Bring

Other Travel as required; on-site leadership presence expected. -Tier III/IV, Uptime/IST exposure; owner/developer interface; design-assist. -7–12+ years GC experience (SrPM 10–15+) with mission-critical/DC, semiconductor, or advanced MFG. -Proven GMP delivery; complex MEP/commissioning experience. -PE/PMP/LEED a plus. -Tools: Procore, P6/MSP, Bluebeam; strong cost/schedule literacy.
