The Role

Overview

Develop and manage customer relationships and sales for asphalt/materials in northern Ohio.

Tasks

-Attend and participate in industry events within the asphalt/materials community in addition to other industry organizations -Work with sales team to understand customer needs, anticipate demand and ensure product quality -Attend industry events to expand network and promote Kokosing and the Materials Division -Provide pricing and specifications support on material submittals to customers -Sets up meetings between customers and the company’s practice leaders -Participate in key industry groups at local, state, and national levels -Responsible for the development and fostering of existing customer relationships

What You Bring

-Proficiency in Microsoft office -4-year college degree (preferred but not required) -Valid driver license -Clean driving record -Excel in a collaborative, team environment where every voice matters -Strong communication and people skills -Forward thinker with the ability to resolve industry related conflicts in a timely manner -Established relationships within a target industry with an understanding of client’s needs and solutions to those needs
