-CSCS Gold Supervisory Card (preferred) -Proven experience supervising lifting operations on major infrastructure or civil engineering projects -First Aid at Work (preferred) -CITB HS&E Test – Supervisory Level (within last 2 years) -Experience in congested, live environments with multiple trades -LOLER / PUWER Awareness -CPCS A62 – Crane/Lifting Operations Supervisor (valid and in-date) -Slinger/Signaller (CPCS A40) -Fire Marshal / Confined Space Awareness -Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills -Familiarity with mobile, tower, crawler, and compact cranes -Right to Work in the UK
