Maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to prevent downtime.

Tasks

-Perform industrial electrical troubleshooting and repairs -Troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance issues -Perform equipment and facility repairs as needed -Participate in continuous improvement activities -Perform hydraulics/pneumatics troubleshooting and repairs -Perform preventive maintenance (PM) checks and document according to department procedures -Perform electronics troubleshooting and coordinate with Maintenance Manager repair of electronics equipment

What You Bring

-Ability to apply math concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, proportions to practical maintenance situations -Perform basic metal working -Must read, write, & speak English fluently -Must be able to interpret documents including blueprints, schematics, safety procedures, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals -Demonstrate ability to operate equipment needed to perform troubleshooting of maintenance issues -Can multi-task in faced paced environment -Must use reasoning skills to problem solve and interpret written and verbal instructions -Ability to work with sense of urgency to resolve issues that affect plant production without increasing errors -High school diploma or equivalent required. Certification and/or Degree in a maintenance field preferred. -At least 1 year of job-related experience required, preferably in manufacturing environment
