Tasks

Regular audit to ensure upkeep and maintenance of display and showroom Arrange trainings for DSE and keeping close contact with all the DSE's for any kind of requirements and training Work with sales team and supporting teams for getting the right track of delivering the quality leads Calling on online CC leads for dealership enquiries Sending email to all the stakeholders regarding all the updates and ongoing activities Maintain all calling records with dedicated remarks and follow-up. - Planning, monitoring & course correction when required. Upgrade display and showroom as and when required Selection of dealer to ensure best in class customer experience Support department head in implementing key learnings and initiatives
