Tasks

-Organize and conduct routine project meetings, ensuring alignment on expectations and performance. -Participate in a wellness program promoting balanced lifestyles -Manage change requests, execute risk management techniques, and implement strategies to minimize negative financial impact to the project. -Serve as the primary liaison, communicating project scope, schedule, and budget with the project team, client, and contractors. -Mentor staff within the team on project management best practices. Ensure all safety procedures are followed to create a safe and productive work environment. -Manage complex contract negotiations. -Coordinate detailed reviews of technical work to ensure high-quality work is being performed. -Develop project proposals and budgets, review costs, and track adherence to planned budget. -Assemble project teams, assigning individual responsibilities to ensure technical skills, capabilities, and expertise align with project objectives. -Document all project deliverables and maintain comprehensive records including correspondence, design plans, and other project related files.
