Tasks

We’re seeking a QA/QC Technician to support project quality and performance through on-site inspections, documentation, and team coordination. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the company’s high standards of consistency, accuracy, and safety. -Promote best practices and consistency across projects -Collaborate with field teams, general contractors, and project managers to ensure compliance with company and client standards -Conduct field inspections of underground systems, temporary power, switchgear, and equipment installations -Support administrative and documentation tasks as needed -Verify torque and megger testing results and closeout documentation accuracy -Review project scopes and QA/QC expectations during kickoff meetings -Work on diverse, high-profile projects across multiple industries -Use the QuickBase QA/QC App to record inspections, document issues, and manage nonconformance reports -Travel to job sites, including occasional out-of-town projects

What You Bring

QA/QC Technician – Electrical Construction -Strong knowledge of electrical systems, QA/QC standards, and installation practices -Excellent communication, organization, and reporting skills -5+ years of experience in electrical construction (Foreman or Superintendent experience preferred) -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and the QuickBase QA/QC App -Comfortable performing physical inspections in active construction environments
