Tasks

-Managing troubleshooting efforts and improvements -Developing and maintaining Smart Bus hardware and software procedures -Acquires and maintains an expert command on the use of NFI Connect, including a functional understanding of the system's capabilities and limitations -Providing Smart Bus technical support to the production line, internal and external customers as required -Acquiring and maintaining including an Engineering-level understanding of the system's capabilities and limitations -Provides support to Production, Quality Assurance, Customer Service Support, and other departments as required -Collaborating with others in setting-up and executing improvement projects -Implementing and creating standard processes

What You Bring

-Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite -Understanding of Bus and Coach electrical architecture and communication networks -Ability to manage projects and work independently -Background in Bus and Coach operations and/or maintenance -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities -Degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or graduation from a recognized Technical Institute as a Technologist -Familiarity with telematics systems -Excellent communication and teamwork skills
