-knowledge of database design and queries (SQL, Power Query, Power BI) -knowledge of Real Estate business practices and processes in both Commercial and Residential sector -Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) -Strong problem-solving skills -Strong team player with strong customer focus -Minimum of 2 years of relevant reporting experience -Knowledge of accounting practices and procedures -Critical review skills -Systematic thinker -Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines -Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, macros, pivot tables, graphs & charts). -Excellent analytical skills -High level of initiative and enthusiasm -Good organizational skills -Ability to meet deadlines. -Undergraduate degree in relevant field (e.g. Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics) or equivalent -Understanding of project management practices is an asset. -Good knowledge in Yardi system
