Manage construction projects, schedules, finances, and team to ensure successful delivery.

Tasks

-Develop and implement project quality control programs to meet contract standards. -Build and maintain long-term relationships with owners, vendors, and subcontractors. -Prepare and present monthly Job Status Reports. -Promote jobsite safety, conduct audits, and ensure subcontractor compliance with company and federal protocols. -Work with the Preconstruction Department to pursue new project opportunities. -Conduct employee performance reviews as needed. -Foster a positive work environment through clear, respectful communication and leadership by example. -Supervise Project Engineers and Superintendents, ensuring responsibilities are met. -Manage project financials, including billing, cash flow, profitability, reporting, projections, and final close-out payments.

What You Bring

-3+ years of construction project management experience. -Proficiency in industry software including Procore, Bluebeam, P6, Viewpoint, and e-Builder. -Experience with supporting federal programs or City of Chicago construction programs. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and SharePoint. -Experience with a general contracting, carpentry, or glazing is preferred.
