Tasks
1. Define Commercial Responsibilities 2. Specify Operational Metrics -Recruit, inspire, lead, and mentor a team of the strongest AI engineers -Collaborate with strategy, design, architecture, and other teams to create integrated, end-to-end digital transformation solutions. -Solve the hardest problems with AI to deliver social and economic value -Maintain public trust in AI by ensuring fairness, ethics, accountability, and transparency -Oversee the creation of tangible assets that generate scalable, long-term value beyond individual projects. -Ensure AI initiatives are aligned with broader business objectives and technological ecosystems. -Establish KPIs such as revenue growth, project profitability, team utilization rates, client satisfaction scores, and employee retention. -Manage team utilization and forecast resource requirements to ensure efficient deployment of talent. -Accountable for the P&L of the AI practice, including managing project financials, monitoring revenue and costs, and maintaining a healthy pipeline of new business to meet quarterly or annual targets. -Create a culture of excellence and lead with confidence, charisma, context, and humility, working effectively at all levels -Develop and execute strategic plans for sustainable growth and revenue expansion. -Optimize operational workflows and team productivity to support current and future project needs. -Define and execute a strategy for developing reusable AI assets, frameworks, and solutions that can be productized and sold to multiple clients. -Regularly monitor and report on these metrics to measure success and inform strategic decisions. -Create and deliver world-class thought leadership on AI, win the confidence of business leaders, and drive business adoption of AI

What You Bring
-Active engagement in the AI community, including speaking, teaching, podcasting, or developing projects. -Proven ability to develop business strategies, forge trusted partnerships, and grow AI engagements for measurable economic value. -Demonstrated success creating and delivering thought leadership, engaging senior stakeholders, and building trusted advisor relationships. -Hands-on experience with tools and platforms including LLMs, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, AWS Bedrock, AWS Sagemaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure ML, etc. -Strong leadership skills with a track record of inspiring, mentoring, and leading high-performance engineering teams. -15+ years of experience delivering and managing AI solutions from incubation to deployment and commercialization. -Exceptional expertise in AI engineering, machine learning, and data science.
