Field Technician III

Overview

Support maintenance/operation of generators, HVAC, and telecom site infrastructure.

Tasks

-Assist the tradesman to be able to complete their skilled task more effectively. -Practice safe working procedures in compliance with OSHA regulations -Provide superior customer service while ensuring all essential job functions are performed in a timely, efficient, accurate, and safe manner -Review peer work product -Conduct due diligence for multiple projects prior to fieldwork. -Clean and prepare the construction site for work, remove debris and possible hazards. -Adhere to all company and industry standards/regulations (OSHA, etc.)

What You Bring

-Ability to learn from various instruction methods, as well as self-study -You have previous construction and/or construction industry experience -Ability to communicate fluently with all staff, suppliers, subcontractors, and customers -Ability to read and understand general job related documents -Read and understand a customer detail plan -Ability to communicate fluently with Project Manager and other employees -You have a professional presentation by speech and in appearance -Must have experience as an equipment operator, concrete, asphalt patching, setting form boards -Ability to read blueprints -Ability to operate machinery such as backhoes, mini excavators, and skid steers -You have a Valid Drivers License (Class A CDL is extremely desired)
