Tasks

-Maintains updated knowledge related to current menu options, preparation methods and techniques, and ingredients -Carries trays of plated meals to serve to guests -Assists in maintaining cleanliness throughout the department -Responds to feedback from guests and staff regarding food quality and presentation -Assists in maintaining buffet stations throughout the event -Assists in monitoring and upholding policies and procedures for safety of guests and team members -Provides beverage service during event -Aides in preparations and sets tables in accordance with banquet event order prior to events -Attentively listens to guests and anticipates any additional needs or concerns -Conduct work-related functions in a professional manner -Provides exceptional guest service and ensures all guest inquires and concerns are addressed promptly -Collects used dishes and glasses from tables and other public areas -Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency
