-Are committed to resolving customer issues at the first point of contact -Logging and de-escalating complaints -Liaising with colleagues across the business to ensure a first-class service -Providing knowledgeable, efficient, and customer-focused support

What You Bring

-Have experience in customer service, objection handling, and problem solving -Training - 2 weeks in-office training at Stanley -Location: Hybrid - home working and office-based in Stanley (attendance required when necessary) -Thrive under pressure and enjoy working collaboratively -Workspace Requirements: Quiet, dedicated home workspace with reliable internet -Communicate effectively across various channels -37 Hours per week with agile working between the hours of 8am - 6pm.
